Well finally, I have the Halloween Haunted Woods sidebar permanently :)
To get this (next year!), refresh in the Haunted Woods from 11:59:00 NST on October 31st until 0:00 NST on November 1st.
This unlocks the sidebar and allows you to use it whenever you like! You can change your sidebar on the Site Preferences page :)
